The Nepal Distilleries Private Limited first produced Khukri Rum in 1959 in Kathmandu. It was the first distillery established in Nepal, and its signature rum was originally packaged in a traditional khukri-dagger shaped bottle.
Distilled in the foothills of the Himalayas, Khukri XXX Rum represents Nepal's premier spirit tradition. The rum is aged in oak vats at high elevations, allowing the changing mountain climate to shape its unique maturation.
