JuneShine was founded in 2018 by Forrest Dein and Greg Serrao in San Diego, California, out of a desire to create a healthier, more transparent alcohol option. Brewed in San Diego, JuneShine utilizes a base of organic green tea and honey before fermenting with a unique symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. The brewery is deeply committed to environmental sustainability, using 100% renewable energy and carbon-neutral production practices.
