This exquisite single malt is matured in the finest Spanish oak casks before undergoing a secondary maturation in top-quality Portuguese port pipes. The result is a remarkably deep, ruby-tinted whisky that marries traditional Highland character with rich, dark fruit sweetness.
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until chilled, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a brandied cherry.
