The maker
Founded in 1794 by the Stevenson brothers, John and Hugh, Oban is one of Scotland's oldest and smallest active distilleries. Located in the coastal frontier between the West Highlands and the Islands, the distillery's growth sparked the development of the vibrant town of Oban itself.
