The story behind it
Schilling Beer Co. was founded in 2013 in Littleton, New Hampshire, by the Cozzens family and their close friends. Inspired by the beer culture of continental Europe, they established their progressive craft brewery on the banks of the Ammonoosuc River to focus on exceptionally precise lager brewing.
Brewed in New Hampshire using traditional European decoction mashing techniques. This dedication to authentic processes allows the premium imported Moravian malts to develop their characteristically rich and rounded depth.
