Schilling Beer Co. was founded in 2013 by the Cozzens family and their close friends along the Ammonoosuc River in New Hampshire. Inspired by the beers of Central Europe, they dedicated their craft to producing world-class, traditional European-style lagers and ales.
Crafted at Schilling Beer Co.'s state-of-the-art brewhouse in Littleton, New Hampshire. It is brewed using traditional decoction mashing techniques and premium European ingredients to capture authentic continental character.
