Founded in 2018 by Daniel Chocron, Ignacio Montenegro, Iker Elorriaga, and Juan Manuel Torres, Tripping Animals was born from a passion for craft beer in Venezuela before the founders relocated to Miami. Their vision was to build a creative hub centered around community, art, and experimental brewing.
Tripping Animals Brewing operates out of their vibrant brewery and brewhouse in Doral, Florida. They have earned a cult following for their innovative, boundary-pushing sour ales and heavily fruited beer recipes.
