Spontaneously fermented Belgian lambic with fresh purple plums
This exceptional Belgian lambic is spontaneously fermented with fresh purple plums, offering a masterclass in fruit-driven sour complexity. The nose delivers a striking balance of rustic barnyard funk and ripe stone fruit, leading to a vibrant, mouthwatering finish.

Founded in 2009 by Pierre Tilquin, Gueuzerie Tilquin was born out of a deep respect for the historic, spontaneous-fermentation traditions of the Senne Valley. By blending young and old lambics in oak barrels, Pierre has built an internationally revered reputation for precision, balance, and complex acidity.
Gueuzerie Tilquin is the first and only lambic blendery in the French-speaking Wallonia region of Belgium, sourcing wort from top producers like Boon, Lindemans, and Cantillon. The beer is aged in oak barrels for up to two years alongside fresh plums before bottling.
