The classic gold standard of authentic Bavarian wheat beer
This classic German wheat beer is naturally cloudy and silky, presenting an inviting golden-orange hue under a robust, creamy head. It delivers a refreshing, effervescent palate characterized by traditional banana and clove yeast esters with a mild wheat malt sweetness.

Paulaner was established in 1634 by the Minim friars of the Neudeck ob der Au monastery in Munich. Named after Francis of Paola, the founder of the order, it has grown to become one of the six historic breweries allowed to serve beer at Munich's world-famous Oktoberfest.
Brewed in Munich in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516, this beer utilizes only top-fermenting yeast, wheat, barley, and hops. The traditional brewing process leaves the yeast unfiltered to retain its signature cloudy appearance and rich yeast character.
