The maker
Founded in 1861 by the Ferrer family, Freixenet has grown to become one of the world's most famous sparkling wine houses. Based in San Sadurní d'Anoia, Spain, they are celebrated for making traditional method Cava accessible globally.
How it is made
Produced in the heart of Spain's renowned Penedès region using the traditional Champagne method. The grapes are hand-harvested and aged on their lees to develop complexity.
