Founded in 2011 by Tim Piersant and Joe Ledbetter, Chattanooga Whiskey was born out of a community-led effort to change century-old laws banning distilling in Hamilton County. Today, the distillery is highly regarded for pioneering 'Tennessee High Malt' whiskey, focusing on complex grain recipes and traditional pot-still distillation.
Handcrafted at the Chattanooga Whiskey Riverfront Distillery in Tennessee, this expression represents the return of legal distilling to Chattanooga after a century of prohibition. It is distilled using a custom-designed hybrid pot and column still before maturing in charred white oak barrels.
