Glendalough Distillery was founded in 2011 by a group of five friends from Dublin and Wicklow with the goal of reviving the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland. Located in the historic valley of Glendalough, the distillery honors St. Kevin, the 6th-century monk who established the area's ancient monastery.
Crafted in the deep, glacial valley of County Wicklow, this single grain Irish whiskey represents a modern renaissance of craft distilling. It is aged for three years in flame-charred Bourbon barrels before spending a further year in toasted Oloroso Sherry casks.
