Originally founded by John W. McCulloch in 1885, Green River was once one of the largest producers of Kentucky whiskey before being destroyed by fire and silenced by Prohibition. Decades later, the historic distillery was beautifully restored to bring this legendary bourbon brand back to life.
Crafted at the historic Green River Distillery in Owensboro, Kentucky, which was originally established in 1885. The whiskey is distilled using local grains and aged in charred new American oak barrels inside their traditional wooden rickhouses.
