The Ezra Brooks brand was created in 1957 by Frank Silverman and is today produced by Luxco at the Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky. Under the guidance of Master Distiller John Rempe, the distillery continues to craft classic Kentucky whiskey using time-honored methods.
Ezra Brooks is distilled, aged, and bottled in Kentucky using a traditional sour mash bill. It undergoes charcoal filtering before bottling to ensure an exceptionally smooth character despite its elevated proof.
