Casa San Matas was founded in 1886 by Don Delfino Gonzlez in Jalisco, Mexico. Dedicated to preserving traditional tequila-making techniques, the distillery has combined historic craftsmanship with modern estate sustainability for over 130 years.
This tequila is produced at the renowned Casa San Matas distillery, one of the oldest family-owned distilleries in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is harvested by hand in the Los Altos region and cooked in traditional brick ovens before distillation.
