Uncut and unfiltered cask-strength Kentucky legend
Booker's is a rare barrel-strength bourbon, released uncut and unfiltered straight from the barrel. It offers a big, bold profile packed with rich caramel, vanilla, and robust oak tones that define classic Kentucky bourbon.

The brand was created by Booker Noe, the 6th-generation Master Distiller of the Beam family, who initially bottled it as special holiday gifts for friends and family in Clermont, Kentucky. Officially released to the public in 1988, it became the pioneer of the premium small-batch bourbon category.
Booker's is aged in the center cut of the Jim Beam rickhouse, where temperature and humidity fluctuations are the most extreme. This aging process allows the whiskey to pull intense flavors directly from the charred white oak barrels.
