The legendary Benedictine liqueur was originally created by monk Dom Bernardo Vincelli in 1510. Centuries later, in the United States, B & B became a celebrated standard, uniting the original 27 secret plants and spices of Benedictine with the dry structure of premium brandy.
Originating in Fécamp, France, B & B was born in the 1930s when a New York bartender blended Benedictine liqueur with dry French brandy. Recognizing its immense popularity, the Benedictine distillery began producing this pre-mixed, perfectly balanced blend at their historic Gothic palace.
