The story behind it

The maker

George A. Dickel founded his company in 1870 in Tullahoma, Tennessee, believing that whisky made in the cold winter months was smoother. Today, Cascade Hollow Distillery honors this tradition of craftsmanship under the watchful eye of General Manager and Distiller Nicole Austin.

How it is made

Crafted at the historic Cascade Hollow Distillery using the signature cold-filtration process before being aged in charred oak barrels. The pristine local spring water from Cascade Creek is crucial in giving this spirit its soft, signature character.
