A complex ten year old bourbon of legendary stature
Eagle Rare is a masterfully crafted Kentucky straight bourbon that offers an incredibly complex nose of complex aromas, featuring hints of toffee and orange peel. The palate is dry and elegant, showing bold notes of oak and cocoa alongside a long, warming finish.
In a mixing glass, combine the simple syrup, bitters, and bourbon. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until cold and diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, and garnish by expressing an orange peel over the top.
