Crafted in the heart of the Berkshires, this bourbon starts with Berkshire Mountain's signature triple-distilled corn whiskey, aged to perfection and finished in select casks. The resulting spirit delivers a rich palate layered with notes of warm baking spices, cocoa, and sweet caramel.
Combine bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
