Established by David G. Yuengling in Pottsville, Pennsylvania in 1829, Yuengling has survived Prohibition and generations of industry consolidation. Today, it remains family-owned and operated, proudly holding the title of America's Oldest Brewery.
Brewed at Americas oldest active brewery, this historic recipe was revived in 1987 to bring back the traditional style of pre-prohibition amber lagers. It uses a combination of cluster and cascade hops paired with premium caramel malts for its signature color and depth.
