Francesco Peroni founded his first brewery in Vigevano, Italy, in 1846, where he established a reputation for crafting exceptional beer. The brand launched Nastro Azzurro in 1963, named after the 'Blue Riband' prize won by the Italian ocean liner SS Rex.
Brewed in Italy since 1963, this world-renowned lager is crafted using the finest Nostrano dell'Isola maize. The original recipe is managed by Birra Peroni, a historic house founded in Vigevano, Lombardy.
