Partake Brewing was founded in 2017 by Ted Fleming after he was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and chose to give up alcohol. Unwilling to sacrifice the social connection and flavor of craft beer, Ted launched the brand in Canada to deliver category-leading, low-calorie, non-alcoholic brews.
Partake is brewed using a proprietary method that allows the preservation of traditional craft flavors while keeping both alcohol and calories remarkably low. This Gose is modeled on the historic German sour beer style, combining coriander and salt with natural peach infusions.
