The story behind it

The maker

Collective Arts Brewing was founded in 2013 by Matt Johnston and Bob Russell in Hamilton, Ontario. The brewery was designed to fuse the creativity of craft beer with the talents of emerging artists and musicians, featuring rotating limited-edition artwork on every can.

How it is made

This modern interpretation of the historic German Gose style is brewed by incorporating coriander and salt into the kettle. The brewhouse then infuses large quantities of fresh guava puree during active fermentation to create its signature tropical complexity.
