Il Palagio is the spectacular Tuscan estate owned by musician Sting and his wife, Trudie Styler. Since purchasing the 16th-century villa in 1997, they have lovingly restored the vineyards and olive groves, committing to organic farming practices to produce elegant, terroir-driven wines.
This wine is crafted in the rolling hills of Tuscany, utilizing traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit character. The blend is dominated by Sangiovese, alongside local Canaiolo and Colorino grapes, reflecting authentic Chianti traditions.
