The story behind it

The maker

Founded by the Fonseca family, fifth-generation agave farmers, Don Fulano is a testament to estate-grown agriculture and traditional production. The brand utilizes estate agaves from Los Altos de Jalisco and distills using both copper pot and column stills at Tequila NOM 1146.

How it is made

Distilled at the historic La Tequileña distillery in the heart of Tequila, Jalisco, utilizing estate-grown Highland agave. The spirit is aged meticulously in hand-selected French oak casks previously used for fine wines.
