Elegant Sangiovese defined by stony mineral complexity and depth
A classic expression of Chianti Classico, showcasing vibrant red cherry aromas intertwined with dried herbs and subtle earth. The palate is elegantly structured with firm tannins and a lively, mineral-driven acidity that carries into a long finish.

Castello di Monsanto was founded in 1962 by Aldo Bianchi and his son Fabrizio, who instantly recognized the world-class potential of these stony Tuscan soils. Today, Fabrizio's daughter Laura Bianchi continues the family legacy, maintaining an unwavering commitment to Sangiovese-driven elegance and long-aging complexity.
Crafted at Castello di Monsanto, a historic estate in the Barberino Val d'Elsa region of Chianti Classico. The family winery & vineyard is renowned for introducing the very first single-vineyard Chianti Classico Cru from their famed Il Poggio vineyard.
