Corazon Reposado Paloma

  • 2 oz Corazon Reposado Tequila
  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz Grapefruit soda
  • Pinch of salt

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add tequila, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Top with grapefruit soda, stir gently, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

The maker

Casa San Matas was founded in 1886 by Don Delfino Gonzlez in Jalisco, Mexico. Dedicated to preserving traditional tequila-making techniques, the distillery has combined historic craftsmanship with modern estate sustainability for over 130 years.

How it is made

This tequila is produced at the renowned Casa San Matas distillery, one of the oldest family-owned distilleries in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is harvested by hand in the Los Altos region and cooked in traditional brick ovens before distillation.
