21 Seeds was founded in 2019 by Kat Hantas, her sister Nicole Emanuel, and their friend Sarika Singh after Kat began infusing tequila in her home kitchen for a delicious, lower-alcohol alternative to heavy cocktails. They partnered with a female-led distillery in Mexico, creating a brand focused on transparency, real fruit ingredients, and accessible mixology.
This infused tequila is crafted at a female-owned distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, using slow-cooked agaves. The Blanco base is subsequently infused with real grapefruits and hand-selected hibiscus flowers to achieve its signature blush pink color and natural aroma.
