Established in 1828 by Felix Courvoisier in Jarnac, France, the house quickly earned a reputation for exceptional quality. Legend has it that Napoleon Bonaparte visited the warehouses and chose Courvoisier as his preferred spirit, cementing its legacy as the Cognac of Napoleon.
Courvoisier is meticulously crafted at the historic distillery & production estate in Jarnac, using grapes primarily from the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne crus. The eaux-de-vie are aged in proprietary French oak barrels to achieve its signature vibrant and fruit-forward style.
