Maison Ferrand was revitalized in 1989 by Alexandre Gabriel with a mission to preserve the artisanal distillation methods of the historic Cognac region. Operating out of the Château de Bonbonnet, the house focuses on terroir-driven spirits that celebrate classic French blending traditions.
This expression is crafted exclusively from Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes grown in the prestigious Grande Champagne premier cru of Cognac. Distilled on the lees in small copper pot stills, it is aged in toasted French Oak barrels to develop its golden hue and complex aroma profile.
