Handcrafted at the historic Hacienda Patrón in Atotonilco el Alto, this tequila is produced using both the traditional tahona wheel and a modern roller mill. The agave piñas are slowly steam-cooked in small brick ovens for over 79 hours before fermentation and distillation.
