Aldez Tequila is hand-crafted in the lowlands of Jalisco using traditional masonry ovens to cook the mature agave piñas. The spirit is distilled twice and matured in charred American oak barrels that once held bourbon, preserving both the natural agave sugars and complex wood influences.
