Virtue Cider was founded in 2011 by Gregory Hall, the former brewmaster at Goose Island. He set out in Fennville, Michigan, to produce historical, farmhouse-style ciders using local heirloom apples and sustainable, low-intervention techniques.
Crafted in Fennville, Michigan, Virtue Cider utilizes local apples pressed at the solar-powered farm and brewery. The cider is slowly aged, using traditional European methods to coax complex, dry structures from the native fruit.
