Highland Park was unofficially founded in 1798 by Magnus Eunson, a legendary smuggler and butcher who distilled illicit spirits by night. Over two centuries later, the distillery & production estate remains renowned for utilizing local hand-cut peat from the Hobbister Moor to smoke its barley.

Highland Park is Scotland's northernmost distillery & rickhouse, located on the windswept Orkney Islands. This remote location dictates a slow, cool maturation process, resulting in a distinctively smooth and well-rounded scotch whiskey.
