Handcrafted at the Hacienda Patrón distillery & production estate in Jalisco, this tequila is made using a combination of the traditional tahona wheel and a modern roller mill. The agave piñas are slowly steam-cooked in small brick ovens for over 70 hours before fermentation and distillation.
