Founded in 1843 by William Matheson on the shores of the Dornoch Firth in Tain, Glenmorangie has pioneered wood finish maturation for generations. The Glenmorangie Distillery is famous for having the tallest copper stills in Scotland, which are the same height as an adult giraffe. These towering stills allow only the lightest and purest vapors to ascend to the top, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and elegant spirit.
