The Aberfeldy distillery & rickhouse was founded in 1896, drawing its exceptionally pure water from the Pitilie Burn, famously rich in alluvial gold deposits. The distillery continues to employ long fermentation times in Siberian larch washbacks to foster its signature honeyed fruitiness.
