Partnering with industry legend Dave Pickerell, they pioneered the ultra-premium rye category by sourcing, finishing, and eventually distilling bold, grain-forward spirits.
Initially sourced and hand-selected by legendary Master Distiller Dave Pickerell, this whiskey is finished and aged on the WhistlePig Farm in Shoreham, Vermont. The distillery & rickhouse focus on using local Vermont oak barrels to impart a distinctively robust and terroir-driven northern rye character.
