Sherry cask matured single malt with a modern edge
This premium single malt is crafted from 100% Irish malted barley and triple-distilled in copper pot stills. It is aged exclusively in hand-selected Oloroso sherry casks, imparting a rich, dried-fruit complexity and smooth finish.
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Stir well until chilled, strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube, and garnish with an orange peel.

The Sexton was created by Master Blender Alex Thomas, one of the few female master blenders in the industry. Inspired by the rich history of Irish whiskey making, she set out to create a bold, sherry-forward single malt designed for a new generation of whiskey drinkers.
This single malt is created at an iconic Northern Irish distillery using classic copper pot stills. It represents a modern expression of Irish distilling traditions, uniquely matured for four years in deep-charred European oak Oloroso sherry butts.
