Limavady Single Malt is an innovative Irish whiskey aged in bourbon barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It offers a wonderfully balanced profile of orchard fruits, warm baking spices, and a delicate honeyed sweetness.
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel twist.

Limavady was revitalized by Master Distiller Darryl McNally, a descendant of the original cold-country distilling family, in partnership with WhistlePig. His vision is to pioneer the single barrel Irish whiskey category, utilizing local Irish barley and exceptional barrel finishes.
