The story behind it

The maker

Originally launched as a brand by Gilbey's in the early 20th century, Redbreast has become the quintessential expression of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Today, master distillers at Midleton protect and guide this legendary brand, preserving its heritage and signature sherry-cask influence.

How it is made

Crafted at the world-renowned Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland. It is made using a traditional mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple-distilled in classic copper pot stills for incredible smoothness.
