A premium Irish whiskey crafted using malted and unmalted barley with a touch of Barra oats. This single pot still expression is triple distilled and aged in ex-Kentucky bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, yielding a creamy and complex texture.
Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
