How it is made
Crafted at the historic Cruzan Distillery in Estate Diamond on Saint Croix, this rum is distilled using a unique five-column distillation process. It is subsequently aged in charred American oak barrels to develop a remarkably round character before being filtered to remove color while preserving body.
