The story behind it
Wormtown Brewery opened its doors in Worcester, Massachusetts, on three decker-filled Shrewsbury Street in 2010. Founded by Ben Roesch and his partners, the brewery quickly outgrew its original space and expanded to a larger state-of-the-art facility to keep up with the demand for their locally focused, award-winning beers.
Wormtown Brewery was founded on a commitment to using local ingredients whenever possible, working closely with regional farms to source hops and barley. Their brewing team crafted Be Hoppy to serve as the brewery's flagship IPA, representing the heart of Worcester's craft beer revival.
