The story behind it

The maker

Founded in 1962 by 19 vine growers who combined their resources, Cantine San Marzano has grown to become one of Puglia's most respected cooperative wineries. Based in the small town of San Marzano di San Giuseppe, the cooperative now unites over 1,200 growers who combine traditional Puglian viticulture with modern winemaking techniques.

How it is made

Crafted by Cantine San Marzano in the heart of the Salento peninsula, where the warm Mediterranean climate allows local grape varieties to reach optimal ripeness. The Negroamaro vines are grown on clay-rich soils that preserve freshness and add distinctive mineral depth to the wine.
