The story behind it
Podere Castorani was revitalized in 1999 by a group of partners including famous Formula 1 driver Jarno Trulli. Their vision was to restore the ancient estate to its former glory by merging traditional Abruzzese winemaking techniques with modern organic practices.
Crafted by the historic Podere Castorani winery & vineyard, which dates back to 1793 in the rolling hills of Alanno. The estate utilizes traditional double trellis vine training and maintains a deep respect for the clay-limestone soils of the Abruzzo region.
