The story behind it
Cervecería del Pacífico was founded in 1900 in the port city of Mazatlán, Mexico, by three German brewers. The beer's popularity spread quickly, becoming highly sought after by West Coast surfers who discovered it in Baja California during the 1970s and imported it back to the United States.
Originally brewed in Mazatlán by German immigrants in 1900, Pacifico Clara has a rich history deeply connected to the Pacific coast. The brewery was later acquired by Grupo Modelo, which helped elevate this regional favorite into an internationally recognized icon of coastal relaxation.
