Night Shift Brewing was founded in 2012 by three friends—Rob Burns, Mike O'Mara, and Michael Oxton—who began homebrewing at night in Somerville, Massachusetts. Their shared passion grew into one of New England's most popular craft breweries, known for its creative recipes, community-focused taprooms, and independent spirit.
Night Shift Brewing was born out of a nocturnal homebrewing passion in a small kitchen, dedicated to crafting unique culinary-inspired beers. This seasonal release is brewed at their state-of-the-art Everett brewhouse, utilizing a precise kettle souring process and fresh fruit purees.
