A beautifully complex Flanders-style sour brown ale
Bruery Terreux Gypsy Tart is a sour brown ale inspired by the classic Flanders style, offering a pleasantly tart and complex profile. It balances sharp lactic acidity with subtle notes of dark fruit, red grape, and lightly toasted oak.

The Bruery was founded by Patrick Rue in Placentia, California, in 2008 to push the boundaries of craft brewing. Bruery Terreux was established as a boutique sister brand to focus exclusively on wild, sour, and farmhouse-style ales.
Brewed in the dedicated wild ale facility of The Bruery, this beer highlights traditional Belgian-style fermentation methods using specialized yeast and bacteria. The brewhouse crafts wild and sour ales aged in oak casks to develop deep complexity.
